Return and Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the shipping date to alert us of any problems with your order, after that a refund or replacement is at our discretion.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Rush shipping is optional and carries an additional cost.
All orders are shipped either USPS, UPS or FedEx. We determine the most appropriate shipping method based on cost and delivery times. All shipments have tracking.
Different products have varying shipping and delivery times, please check the product details pages under "Production and Delivery Options" for information about each specific product.
Custom orders are not returnable. However, if there is an error made on our part, damages to products or faulty printing, etc. we may offer a full or partial refund, replacements or a combination as compensation. We strive for satisfaction of our customers so if something is wrong please let us know.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, purchase in error or unauthorized purchase. Our products are custom made to your specifications and cannot be resold, only an error, mistake, damage or late shipment that is our fault would be eligible for refund or replacement.
